OxiAgroAn Oxi Group company

OxiAgro starts with clarity

A farmer joins the network. From then on, the produce tells the truth.

OxiAgro keeps every product honest and transparent: what was planted, what was applied, how it was handled and who held it. Each step is sealed on a blockchain ledger, and stored harvests become warehouse certificates a farmer can borrow against.

How OxiAgro works

Four steps from joining to funding

  1. Join the network

A farmer registers, gets a digital account and maps the farm. From day one there is a clear record of who grows what, where.

    For farmers
  2. Kept honest and transparent

Seed, chemicals, practice and handling are monitored and recorded, so the product is what it claims to be.

    What we monitor
  3. Sealed on the blockchain

Each event is written once to a permissioned ledger. It cannot be altered or backdated, and any buyer can check it from the carton.

    Traceability
  4. Funded against warehouse certificates

Stored, graded produce becomes a digital warehouse certificate. The farmer borrows against it to fund the next crop instead of selling cheap at harvest.

Monitored · Verified · Reported

We watch three things, so a buyer never has to guess

Nigerian produce is too often treated abroad as unknown cargo. OxiAgro replaces that reputation with a fact about each lot, built from what happens on the farm.

The farm

Where it grew, and how

Mapped plots, crop condition from satellite imagery and photo diagnosis, field visits and good-practice checks through the season.

RuleAn unmapped plot cannot sell into an export lot.

The seed

Planted to the buyer's specification

The buyer's specification comes before the seed. Certified seed lots are recorded at delivery, so every lot traces back to its genetics.

RuleOnly certified member suppliers can supply seed into an export lot.

The chemicals

Residues controlled at source

Every product, batch, rate and date is logged against the destination market's permitted list, and the interval before harvest is tracked.

RuleA prohibited chemical flags the plot at once; the lot waits until it tests clean.

A lot that misses a gate is not wasted. It sells on the domestic market through the same platform. Export grade is a status the record earns.

The export corridor

Built to carry the FAAN AviaCargo Road Map into operation

The Road Map found that Nigerian produce struggles abroad because nothing in the chain can be verified. OxiAgro runs the chain as one gated pathway, from the buyer's specification to payment, so known cargo reaches the airport.

The diagnosis this work builds on belongs to the FAAN Avia Cargo Road Map Implementation Committee, under FAAN's Directorate of Cargo Development and Services, and its three years of domestic and international field verification.
